Yes, absolutely. When creating the program, I took great care to ensure that the diet and exercise regimes could be applied to either sex. In fact, it really doesn’t matter what your gender, race, fitness or build is, my program could deliver incredible results, provided you the follow the Definition Method ‘mindset’ rules from day 1.
I suggest you take at least a few days to read through the material and fully digest the key aspects of the program. Then, once you’re ready to implement the suggested regimes, my best advice is to dive straight in. Because as soon as you begin to see (and feel) the improvements in your body, it’ll spur you on to the next stage.

But rather than focusing on one or two problematic regions, this is a TOTAL BODY workout program, which is the best (and only) way to lose weight. It is designed to not only reduce the size of your belly and provide tone and definition to your abs, but also improve the appearance of every single area of your body, including the stubborn fatty spots.
Provided you have consulted your doctor (as you should do before embarking on any health or nutritional program), then it really doesn’t matter how fit or unfit you are. As long as you proactively embrace The Definition Method, you should start to see the weight drop off within just a few weeks.

Certainly not, no. When it comes to creating a truly lean, defined body, I’m afraid there are no shortcuts or magic pills. In fact, the best (and only) way to feed your body when using The Definition Method regime is through natural food sources. That means plenty of fruit, vegetables, proteins, as well as carbs and unsaturated fats. All of which are covered within my program, including exactly when and how much you should consume.
Not unless you really want to. Whilst some of the exercises contained with my program do require the use of fitness aids, they’re not essential. Many people have achieved incredible results with my bodyweight only workouts.
