How I found The Definition Method
I’m not sure how you found me, but I’m grateful that you’ve taken the time to stop by.
Things have gotten a little crazy at this end since I first launched The Definition Method program in the summer of 2012, and if truth be told, I am getting a little freaked out by the number of people who have contacted me to share their successes.
Some people take all this stuff in their stride, but for me the attention is a little intimidating to say the least.
With that being said, I genuinely am humbled by the hundreds of email messages, blog comments and twitter posts from customers expressing their overwhelming gratitude, following the successful completion of The Definition Method program.
But what does all this mean for YOU?
Well, I assume that you’re reading this having made the conscious decision to improve the way you look, and in particular the appearance of your belly.
That’s great. I made a similar decision not that long ago and I can honestly say that it was one of the most liberating things I’ve ever done.
But more about that later.
Before we dive into my story though, it’s probably best to clear a few things up, just in case you have some preconceptions about who I am and what The Definition Method is all about.
First things first, I am NOT some die-hard fitness freak that’s been working out every day since my teens. Nor do I have a PHD in food nutrition or weight loss. In fact, I never (ever) set out to be this so say expert on creating a defined stomach and there’s certainly nothing special about me.
I’m just a regular 35 year old guy from Bristol with two kids, a wife and a dog to look after. I guess the only difference between me and the next man is the fact that whilst I did have a pretty unsightly belly on me, I managed to shed the weight, tone up, and then create a cracking set of abs. All in the space of just 12 short weeks.
Not bad huh?
In fact, since I embarked on this journey to improve my physical appearance, EVERYTHING about my life has changed. Not only do I look better on the outside, I also feel like a new man. I’m more confident, more social and outgoing. My energy levels have improved tenfold, as has the relationship I have with my wife (which, by the way, has never been better!).
But where did it all start?
Well, I first got introduced to this stuff whilst on holiday with the wife and kids in Lanzarote.
It was hot as hell over there and not the type of weather you could easily ‘cover up’ in, if you know what I mean. And it was for this reason that I had no other choice than to strip down to my swimming shorts for the entire duration of our two week break.
Nothing wrong with that you may think. Unless of course you’re one of those self-conscious people like me, who then spent the next 14 days (and nights) paranoid about the sorry state of my body, when measured up against the vast majority of guys at the hotel swimming pool. I guess this was to be expected in a way, it was a beach holiday after all.
But this was different.
You see, what really brought it to a head for me in Lanzarote was the reaction of my wife (and boy what a reaction!). The funny thing is, I don’t think she even realised at the time, that she was eyeing up one particular group of men that happened to be staying near our family suite at the hotel.
In fact, I was morbidly fascinated myself by the guys’ super-fit bodies and defined six packs. To put it bluntly, I was jealous of them. But even more than that, I wanted a body just like theirs.
Anyway, to cut a long story (really) short, when my wife retired to the apartment to get ready for bed one night, I stayed at the hotel bar and had another couple of beers. Probably not the best tonic for my over-sized stomach, but I needed to let off some steam.
The waiter had clocked this. If he didn’t, I sure laid it on him with what was going through my mind. It was then that he told me about a local fitness guru called Borja (my now infamous Lanzarote mentor). Or ‘Bill on the Hill’ as I like to call him. The waiter gave me directions to Bill’s village, I met up with him the following day, and the rest as they say, is history…
What I learned from Bill simply blew my mind, and shattered so many preconceptions and myths I’d heard about what it takes to lose stubborn belly fat and get a six pack.
It Bill’s regime that is the basis of The Definition Method. A simple program that uses the basic elements found in food that your muscles need and applying them, in conjunction with an exercise routine, to create a body you can be proud of.
It is these very principles that I followed to the letter, having returned to the UK from that holiday with a clear and surprisingly simple blueprint of what I had to do.
It was like:
1. This is the basic equipment you will need to start.
2. This is how to get your mind in gear and stay motivated.
3. This is what exercise works best and how to perform it.
4. This is what you should eat and when you should eat it.
5. This is the end result 🙂

So that’s how I got here.
This website, The Definition Method program, the fat loss secrets ecourse; all of them were spawned following that one holiday in Lanzarote. It’s been a roller coaster of a ride, but one that i’ve enjoyed every single minute of.
Where do I take it from here? Who knows. All I can say is that I want to continue helping as many men and women as possible with The Definition Method program.
I’ve done the plotting, with a massive hand from Bill. You just need to put it into action.
